1. For Full Paper presentation, 20 minutes will be allocated for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  2. For Short Paper presentation, 10 minutes will be allocated for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  3. Please strictly follow the assigned schedule for paper presentation.
  4. The Conference will provide a projector, a microphone and a laptop with Windows XP and Office 2007 in all the rooms for paper presentations.
  5. Presentation files should be transferred to the laptop before the presentation session starts. You are strongly advised to make a backup of your presentation file in your own flash drive.
  6. If you use your own laptop for the paper presentation, please check the connection of your own laptop with the projector before the presentation session starts.
  7. Please note that electricity in Malaysia is 220V / 50Hz, UK plug. You are advised to bring power converters or adapters for your own laptop and other electric equipment if necessary.
